Hooping, or “Hoop Dance,” can help you get in shape, relieve stress, feel like a kid again, or all of the above! And yes, YOU can do it too, with a little guidance and practice.

Christine offers private and semi-private lessons and group workshops in hoop dance for all ages and all levels of experience.

Workshops include a hoop-yoga warm-up, thorough instruction in basic hoop technique, strength-building exercises and tricks to work on at home, and ideas for exploring  your unique hooping style. Hoops can be provided at affordable rates for individuals and for group classes.
