Classes, Workshops, and Private Lessons

Christine offers group yoga classes, private lessons, and special workshops. She is trained in the Vinyasa Yoga style, but her teaching carries elements of the Ashtanga, Hatha, and Kripalu traditions, among others. She is able to lead a variety of classes ranging in intensity, and to make each class accessible to all levels of yoga experience. Class types offered include vinyasa flow, power flow, slow flow, hot yoga, gentle, prenatal, and restorative.

Corporate/Office Yoga

In addition to traditional full-length yoga classes, Christine also offers 30-40 minute yoga “breaks” for corporate offices and other organizations that would like to offer an energizing, stress-relieving activity to their employees or conference attendees during the workday. These yoga breaks are tailored to each group’s requirements and location; chair yoga is popular in offices with limited space or for groups seeking a gentle practice that accessible to all.
